Kevin Belcher
Advanced-Certified ADHD Life Coach (A-CALC)
Hey, I’m Kevin.
I’m an Advanced-Certified ADHD Life Coach (A-CALC), educator, and fellow ADHD brain. I help adults with ADHD and executive function challenges build self-understanding, practical systems, and change that actually fits.
I believe people with ADHD are often misunderstood, not broken.
My coaching is rooted in curiosity and built for action. I work with capable but overwhelmed adults who are tired of trying harder and ready to try differently. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way, what already works about you, and what kinds of systems, habits, and choices might actually fit your brain, strengths, and values, especially around planning, prioritizing, organizing, following through, managing energy, and turning intention into action.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in education, mostly as a teacher, helping learners move through confusion, frustration, and breakthrough moments. I loved supporting others as they learned, grew, and found their voice. But for a long time, I didn’t know how to offer myself that same kind of support.
I was diagnosed with ADHD just before I turned 30. Before that, I spent years overworking, overthinking, masking, and assuming that if I just tried harder, I would eventually become the kind of person I thought I was supposed to be.
Working with an ADHD coach changed that.
For the first time, I felt seen not as a problem to be fixed, but as a whole person with strengths, patterns, values, and possibility. Coaching helped me turn self-judgment into self-understanding. It helped me stop forcing my way through life and start getting curious about how I actually function.
That experience shapes the way I coach today.
Coaching with me is not about quick fixes, generic productivity hacks, or becoming someone you’re not. It’s about creating space to notice what’s really happening, reconnect with your strengths and values, and experiment with action that fits.
I believe growth becomes more sustainable when it is rooted in self-understanding, compassion, curiosity, and real-life practice.
TL;DR: I’m Kevin. I’m an Advanced-Certified ADHD Life Coach (A-CALC) with a decade in education and my own late-diagnosed ADHD story. I help ADHD adults and others navigating executive function challenges move from self-judgment to self-understanding, build around their strengths, and create change that actually fits.
